Romectin Abamectin is a high-performance insecticide and acaricide formulated with Abamectin, a naturally derived compound from the avermectin family. It offers powerful contact and stomach action against a wide range of mites, leaf miners, thrips, and other soft-bodied insects.
Romectin works by stimulating GABA release in pests, causing paralysis and death. Its translaminar action allows it to penetrate leaf tissues and protect crops from both surface and hidden pests. It is effective at low doses and integrates well with IPM (Integrated Pest Management) programs.
🧪 Composition (Common Formulation):
Active Ingredient: Abamectin 1.8% EC (Emulsifiable Concentrate)
Other available strengths: 3.6% EC or 5% SC in some markets
